CRDANorth America (CRDANA) is a part of an ambitious initiave
to strengthen the global Ethiopian community, so that individually
and collectively committed participants can expedite the developments
in Ethiopia, allowing the people to help themselves advance
their lives.
CRDANA believes in participatory grassroots development and
aims to strengthen non-profit organizations in Ethiopia by encouraging
highly motivated and qualified individuals to apply their human
capital through service. In the process of developing innovative
programs, CRDANA hopes to inspire a self-propagating service
culture in Diaspora and domestic Ethiopian communities.
CRDANORTH AMERICA service-based programs aim to;
|
|
Provide clearly-defined
development opportunities created in conjunction with highly-dedicated,
grassroots non-governmental organizations (NGO) in Ethiopia. |
|
Promote civic responsibility and help
nurture potential leaders. |
|
Encourage the sharing of information
and best practices for the development of Ethiopia. |
|
Promote service, personal reflection,
and tolerance. |
There is no question that Ethiopia has the intellectual capital and
physical resources to become a strong developed nation. By encouraging
civic participation within Ethiopia and reconnecting committed
persons through service, CRDANA hopes to make a humble contribution
to Ethiopia development. Small-scale success can revitalize the
idea that every individual can make a difference in our community. |
